As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a global threat, the top priority of Skynet Solutions is accounting for the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, partners and community members. Our organization is closely monitoring the situation and is diligently following all guidelines presented by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Skynet Solutions is committed to providing a safe workplace for our employees and we have taken steps to ensure our workers remain healthy and aware of the latest developments as they occur.
Until further notice, Skynet Solutions has authorized employees to work from home to help flatten the curve and expansion of COVID-19. However, to help ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of service possible, we have not only rerouted all phone calls to our own personal lines but have also implemented company-wide phone conferences to ensure business remains uninterrupted as long as this self-isolation continues to limit inter-office exposure risks. While we anticipate no disruption in service, our teams will continue to work from home until new guidelines have been established by the CDC.
At the current time, we are still working with our customers to ensure that their web design, marketing needs and other essential services that we provide continue. Although the situation is continually evolving, we are committed to ensuring that there is no interruption in the services we provide. We would ask that if you anticipate any change in your demand, that you let us know as soon as possible. This will help us stay ahead of the current issues and, of course, if situations do develop that could impact the services you require, we will be able to work with affected customers.
We will continue to monitor ongoing developments and will update our protocols and policies as necessary. Please reach out to us for any concerns you may have regarding this issue. Thank you for your partnership and we wish you the very best.
